About us

A delivery company, working across languages

We are not the product developer. Our work is the part that happens after the product: understanding a market, configuring the storefront, writing the scripts and staying accountable through the review cycle.

Company

Built for the distance between product and market

AI digital-human livestreaming is already used by sellers in China. Taking it to Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Japan or Korea is a different problem: language, platform rules, time zones and the habits of local shoppers.

StarLive was set up to sit on that side of the work. A small core team covers strategy and client relationships, business development, and customer success, with local partners added market by market.

Strategy and client relationships

Owns engagement structure, pricing and the client relationship from first call to renewal.

Business development

Develops local partners and signs new accounts in priority markets.

Customer success and content operations

Runs onboarding, script planning and the monthly review cycle with each client.
